As a receptionist, you will provide support by managing communication, assisting residents, and creating a welcoming environment in a long-term care facility.

Assist with plating and serving meals to residents per diet and preferences, maintain serving temperatures, clean and sanitize kitchen and equipment, assist cooks with simple food prep, operate dishwasher, stock and label supplies, assemble nourishment carts, attend meetings and training, and follow safety and infection-control procedures.

The RAI Coordinator leads MDS assessment processes, analyzes data, trains staff, and improves RAI content accuracy in a long-term care setting.
