Lead construction-phase contract administration for municipal and water/wastewater projects including tunnelling, treatment plants and linear works. Monitor compliance with contractual, quality, safety and regulatory standards; review contractor submissions, negotiate change orders, manage payments and budgets, perform site inspections, coordinate RFIs/shop drawings, and report to Project Manager and Director.

Lead a transportation team delivering traffic impact studies, environmental and construction traffic analyses, operational analyses (including microsimulation), and transportation master plans. Act as project manager for traffic projects, manage client relationships, supervise junior staff, prepare technical reports and presentations, attend public meetings, coordinate resources, and support business development.

Under senior supervision, produce MEP design packages, schematics, equipment layouts, and drawings. Size ductwork, HVAC piping, plumbing and drainage, perform site surveys, coordinate with suppliers and construction, and create AutoCAD/Revit drawings while assisting with interference coordination and general mechanical design tasks.
