Conducts building inspections, condition assessments, performance audits, reserve fund studies, and site reviews for residential, commercial, and new construction projects. Diagnoses building deficiencies, recommends repairs, develops restoration and rehabilitation drawings and specifications, documents site conditions and dimensions, and supports senior staff, clients, and project teams. The role combines office work with regular field inspections, including work at heights and occasional site travel.

Leads electrical engineering teams delivering complex oil, gas, and chemical-sector projects. Provides technical and people leadership, oversees design quality, reviews engineering documentation, manages schedules and budgets, mentors staff, supports front-end planning, and guides complex electrical designs. The role also contributes to safety reviews, risk management, value engineering, design standards, and cross-disciplinary client-focused project execution.

Prepare preliminary and detailed roadway/highway designs and PDRs; produce contract specifications, tender documents and agency submissions; review CADD and shop drawings for standards compliance; perform cost estimating and quantity takeoffs; use MicroStation/OpenRoads/AutoCAD/Civil 3D and MTO CPS/HiCo; mentor junior staff and liaise with clients, contractors and agencies.
