Leads Arctic and northern engineering growth, business development, client relationships, and multidisciplinary infrastructure project delivery. Oversees technical direction, budgets, schedules, quality, risk, contracts, proposals, and construction support. Builds relationships with Indigenous organizations, governments, regulators, clients, and contractors while ensuring resilient, culturally informed solutions for remote environments. Provides staff leadership, quality management, permitting support, and senior technical oversight across projects involving municipal infrastructure, transportation, buildings, waste, water, wastewater, geotechnical, and climate-resilient systems.

Designs and manages drainage, hydrology, and stormwater infrastructure projects for transportation and municipal clients. Responsibilities include preparing designs, reports, specifications, tender documents, agency approvals, technical presentations, and environmental assessments; reviewing drawings and shop drawings; coordinating clients, contractors, and consultants; managing budgets, schedules, quality control, proposals, and project delivery; and mentoring staff. The role also supports business development, hiring, training, and QA/QC standards.

Designs large-diameter watermain, stormwater, and sanitary sewer infrastructure using Civil 3D and MicroStation. Prepares plan and profile drawings, alignments, connection details, tender documents, and as-built drawings. Leads CAD deliverables, maintains drawing standards, performs quality control, coordinates revisions with engineers and stakeholders, and supports project execution. The role also involves multidisciplinary coordination, documentation management, and mentoring junior CAD staff.
