Monitor and administer MTO/municipal construction contracts, review contractor submittals, negotiate change orders and claims, perform site inspections, ensure compliance with OPSS/OPSD and OHSA, monitor budgets/payments, coordinate RFIs/shop drawings, and prepare reports for Project Managers and clients.

Design electrical systems for building projects, produce schematics, floor plans, equipment layouts and calculations. Conduct site surveys, obtain supplier data, support specifications and contract documents, attend construction meetings, and design power distribution, lighting/controls, fire alarm and other low-voltage systems.

Prepare and lead CAD design for large-diameter watermain, stormwater, and sanitary sewer systems using Civil 3D and MicroStation. Produce plan/profile drawings, ensure municipal standard compliance, perform QC, coordinate with engineers and stakeholders, support proposals, maintain drawing files, and mentor junior CAD staff.
