Designs large-diameter watermain, stormwater, and sanitary sewer infrastructure using Civil 3D and MicroStation. Prepares plan and profile drawings, alignments, connection details, tender documents, and as-built drawings. Leads CAD deliverables, maintains drawing standards, performs quality control, coordinates revisions with engineers and stakeholders, and supports project execution. The role also involves multidisciplinary coordination, documentation management, and mentoring junior CAD staff.

Supports civil engineering and infrastructure projects by maintaining documentation, organizing project data, managing files in document control systems, tracking schedules and deliverables, coordinating with project teams, assisting with quality control, and supporting project administration and coordination activities.

Conducts building inspections, condition assessments, performance audits, reserve fund studies, and site reviews for residential, commercial, and new construction projects. Diagnoses building deficiencies, recommends repairs, develops restoration and rehabilitation drawings and specifications, documents site conditions and dimensions, and supports senior staff, clients, and project teams. The role combines office work with regular field inspections, including work at heights and occasional site travel.
