Leads Arctic and northern engineering growth, business development, client relationships, and multidisciplinary infrastructure project delivery. Designs large-diameter watermain, stormwater, and sanitary sewer infrastructure using Civil 3D and MicroStation. Prepares plan and profile drawings, alignments, connection details, tender documents, and as-built drawings. Leads CAD deliverables, maintains drawing standards, performs quality control, coordinates revisions with engineers and stakeholders, and supports project execution. The role also involves multidisciplinary coordination, documentation management, and mentoring junior CAD staff.

Leads electrical engineering teams delivering complex oil, gas, and chemical-sector projects. Provides technical and people leadership, oversees design quality, reviews engineering documentation, manages schedules and budgets, mentors staff, supports front-end planning, and guides complex electrical designs. The role also contributes to safety reviews, risk management, value engineering, design standards, and cross-disciplinary client-focused project execution.

Prepare preliminary and detailed roadway/highway designs and PDRs; produce contract specifications, tender documents and agency submissions; review CADD and shop drawings for standards compliance; perform cost estimating and quantity takeoffs; use MicroStation/OpenRoads/AutoCAD/Civil 3D and MTO CPS/HiCo; mentor junior staff and liaise with clients, contractors and agencies.

Lead and supervise transportation design teams delivering preliminary and detailed roadway designs, reports, specifications, and approvals. Design and review drainage and stormwater management infrastructure for transportation projects. Support FP&A for large engineering projects by forecasting, analyzing project performance (revenue, costs, margins, utilization), preparing management reports and dashboards, performing scenario and sensitivity analysis, partnering with project managers to identify risks and opportunities, and improving ERP/reporting processes for better forecasting and decision support.

Manage electrical engineering projects from initiation to completion, lead and mentor design staff, prepare proposals, ensure engineering quality and risk management, develop and review design documents, specifications, equipment selection, and perform complex electrical system design and value engineering.

Coordinate meetings, travel, and full proposal lifecycle for the Transportation group. Edit and format proposals and technical documents, prepare submission materials, manage administrative tasks and reception backup, create presentations and maintain boilerplate content and resumes, and support internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality proposal delivery.
