Lead construction-phase contract administration for municipal and water/wastewater projects including tunnelling, treatment plants and linear works. Monitor compliance with contractual, quality, safety and regulatory standards; review contractor submissions, negotiate change orders, manage payments and budgets, perform site inspections, coordinate RFIs/shop drawings, and report to Project Manager and Director.

Lead a transportation team delivering traffic impact studies, environmental and construction traffic analyses, operational analyses (including microsimulation), and transportation master plans. Prepare and lead CAD design for large-diameter watermain, stormwater, and sanitary sewer systems using Civil 3D and MicroStation. Produce plan/profile drawings, ensure municipal standard compliance, perform QC, coordinate with engineers and stakeholders, support proposals, maintain drawing files, and mentor junior CAD staff.

Lead and supervise roadway design and planning projects including preliminary and detailed design, specifications, cost estimates, QA/QC, client liaison, mentoring junior staff, proposal support, project management, and public presentations for municipal and regional road projects.

Design, specify, and supervise instrumentation and control systems for oil & gas projects. Prepare P&IDs, datasheets, loop drawings, and technical specs. Select instruments and materials, review and approve EPC contractor deliverables, ensure compliance with ISA/IEC/NEC standards, and support installation, testing, and safety assessments (HAZOP, SIL, LOPA).

Provide administrative and proposal support to the Central Canada Infrastructure group: coordinate meetings and travel, prepare/edit reports and proposals, manage full proposal lifecycle, maintain boilerplate/resumes/project sheets, produce presentations, perform general office tasks and backup support, and review financial results for presentations.

Manage project billing and accounting: set up projects in Deltek, maintain budgets and backlogs, prepare and mail invoices, investigate variances, reconcile cash and receivables, support AP/AR, close projects, prepare reports and audit documentation, and coordinate with project teams and local offices.

Manage electrical engineering projects from initiation to completion, lead and mentor design staff, prepare proposals, ensure engineering quality and risk management, develop and review design documents, specifications, equipment selection, and perform complex electrical system design and value engineering.

Monitor and administer MTO/municipal construction contracts, review contractor submittals, negotiate change orders and claims, perform site inspections, ensure compliance with OPSS/OPSD and OHSA, monitor budgets/payments, coordinate RFIs/shop drawings, and prepare reports for Project Managers and clients.

Produce electrical design packages and documentation for building projects under senior supervision. Perform site surveys, select equipment, perform electrical calculations, and design power distribution, lighting/controls, fire alarm and other low-voltage systems using Revit MEP and AutoCAD. Attend construction site meetings and support specification and contract administration tasks.

Lead CAD design for large-diameter watermain, stormwater, and sanitary sewer systems. Prepare plan and profile drawings, manage drawing production, perform quality control, coordinate with engineers and stakeholders, support proposals and project delivery, and maintain organized project documentation.

Support project planning, budgeting, change management, cost control, scheduling and earned value reporting for infrastructure and construction projects. Maintain WBS/CBS, track EACs, prepare reports and invoices, validate costs, support audits, risk registers and stakeholder communication, and coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams.

Design and produce preliminary and detailed roadway/highway designs, prepare reports, specifications and tender documents, review CADD/shop drawings, coordinate approvals, mentor junior staff, liaise with clients and contractors, and assist in proposal preparation for transportation projects.

Support FP&A for large engineering projects by forecasting, analyzing project performance (revenue, costs, margins, utilization), preparing management reports and dashboards, performing scenario and sensitivity analysis, partnering with project managers to identify risks and opportunities, and improving ERP/reporting processes for better forecasting and decision support.

Lead electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, mentor and supervise design staff, manage technical and financial project aspects, ensure design quality and standards, produce design and construction documents, support business development and write technical reports.

Coordinate meetings, travel, and full proposal lifecycle for the Transportation group. Edit and format proposals and technical documents, prepare submission materials, manage administrative tasks and reception backup, create presentations and maintain boilerplate content and resumes, and support internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality proposal delivery.
