Own end-to-end release process for data and BI: plan and coordinate releases, maintain release calendar, create SOPs/runbooks, manage deployments across environments, collaborate with L1/L2/L3 support for knowledge transfer and incident triage, participate in Agile ceremonies, and enforce documentation and change-management standards.

Manage end-to-end CRM lifecycle: campaign strategy, segmentation, build/deploy for outbound channels (email/SMS/push), A/B and multivariate testing, lifecycle optimization, performance measurement, and cross-functional collaboration to grow fan engagement and lifetime value.
