Teams at ExaCare

Own accounting operations including billing, collections, accounts payable, reconciliations, month-end close, and accounts receivable reporting. Maintain financial systems and data integrity across HubSpot, Brex, Rillet, and banking tools. Support audits, accounting policies, controls, forecasting, and scalable process improvements while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. The role is based in Toronto and requires in-office collaboration three days per week.

Deliver technical customer onboarding, platform configuration, user training, documentation, and implementation support. Translate customer workflows into ExaCare configurations, manage implementation communications and timelines, triage onboarding issues, and coordinate with Engineering, Support, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. Continuously improve onboarding processes through post-mortems, SOPs, playbooks, and customer feedback while maintaining organized project and CRM records.

Own product marketing from 0 to 1, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, competitive strategy, product launches, sales enablement, pricing and packaging support, customer programs, and website conversion. Partner across Product, Sales, Growth, and Operations to translate complex healthcare AI solutions into clear value propositions, improve acquisition and conversion, and drive product understanding and adoption.
