Own and build the IT function for the Toronto office, including device lifecycle management, onboarding and offboarding, identity and access administration, core business systems, office networks, AV equipment, endpoint security, physical access control, procurement, and employee support. Establish scalable IT workflows and service delivery processes while supporting SOC 2 compliance and partnering with People Operations and Operations.

Build and lead the sales enablement function from the ground up. Design onboarding, training curricula, certification standards, market education, continuous coaching, manager enablement, sales tooling processes, and scalable content libraries. Partner cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, product, and revenue operations to improve ramp time, rep adoption, productivity, and sales performance in the complex post-acute healthcare market.

Own outbound top-of-funnel activities for skilled nursing or home health and hospice accounts. Generate qualified meetings through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, creative campaigns, and industry events. Build contact lists, messaging, and multi-touch sequences from scratch; use AI and buying signals to prioritize accounts; and collaborate with Account Executives, RevOps, and Marketing to develop territories and sales plays.
