Oversee daily accounting operations, including billing, AR, AP, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, audit preparation, and payroll funding. Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls, and process improvements. Identify opportunities to automate finance workflows and improve reporting accuracy as the company scales.

Develop and scale customer-facing analytics and reporting. Build dashboards, reports, and data tools; translate customer and business needs into data requirements; support product analytics and internal intelligence; resolve reporting issues; present insights to customers; and drive cross-functional data initiatives from problem definition through delivery.

Own outbound top-of-funnel activities for skilled nursing or home health and hospice accounts. Generate qualified meetings through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, creative campaigns, and industry events. Build contact lists, messaging, and multi-touch sequences from scratch; use AI and buying signals to prioritize accounts; and collaborate with Account Executives, RevOps, and Marketing to develop territories and sales plays.
