Provide end-user technical support across Windows, Linux, and macOS. Manage provisioning, deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting of devices; administer user accounts, authentication, endpoint security, patching, antivirus, encryption, and backups. Support Microsoft 365 apps, network services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN), wireless access, printers/scanners, document resolutions and SOPs, and contribute to IT projects and office technology deployments.

Provide technical sales support for broadcast systems: assist customers and outside sales with system design, pricing, and drawings; liaise with R&D; attend product training; manage calls and workflows; meet deadlines and maintain professional customer relationships.

Owner of product planning and customer-facing solution design for cloud/SaaS broadcast video/audio transport and distribution. Drive roadmap, work with R&D and cross-functional teams, validate and test features, benchmark competitors, support trade shows and customer engagements, and produce technical documentation.
