Provides administrative and coordination support to the Sales team, primarily by preparing accurate quotes, sales documents, reports, and customer records. Coordinates communication among Sales, Inside Sales, Solutions, and R&D, tracks sales metrics, supports campaigns, and organizes customer visits. Also provides backup reception support. The role requires strong organization, communication, follow-through, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Manages customer hardware return requests, issues Return Merchandise Authorizations, coordinates warranty replacements and repair shipments, prepares replacement quotes, and communicates with customers about returns, status updates, and payments. The role maintains accurate records, supports administrative activities, evaluates customer needs, and collaborates with Production, Logistics, Sales, Administration, and Technical Support teams to provide seamless customer service.

Configure and deploy AWS-based evertz.io environments for media customers, support proof-of-concepts and technical evaluations, translate customer workflows into technical solutions, and collaborate with engineering, product, and SRE teams. The role develops deployment templates, scripts, and documentation while improving platform scalability, automation, usability, and performance. It requires broadcast technology knowledge, cloud infrastructure experience, scripting skills, customer communication, and international travel.
