Lead multidisciplinary HEOR teams to plan and execute health economics and HTA projects. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables; ensure rigorous cost-effectiveness methods; develop proposals; build client relationships; coach junior staff; and contribute to company best practices and strategy.

Independently execute statistical analyses and develop analysis plans; mentor junior staff; create/maintain R packages and Shiny apps; implement QC; develop/modify statistical code; produce reports and present results to clients and teams.

The Associate Director, HEOR leads research teams, providing strategic leadership in health economics projects and supporting business development initiatives, managing staff and client relationships.
