Lead a small growth-focused engineering team to design, implement, test, and ship scalable full-stack features. Drive roadmap refinement, adopt best practices, ensure maintainability, and mentor teammates while collaborating with product and stakeholders.

Own and operate SDLC tooling (Jira, Confluence, Productboard), implement workflows and automations, audit and enforce process adherence, build dashboards and reports, enable teams via documentation and training, and drive continuous improvement including AI-driven automation.
