Follow software engineering best practices, OOP principles, Unity Catalog, and Agile methodologies to ensure reliable, automated data delivery.

Provide L2 support for Windows OS and Windows-based applications, troubleshoot and resolve system/application issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop/maintain automation scripts using Visual Script, JavaScript, Perl, or Python to support business-critical systems.
