Own deployment and development of the n8n automation platform, build workflow automations and MCP servers, and integrate internal applications with company knowledge systems. Partner with business and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities, translate requirements into solutions, and support enterprise AI tool adoption. Deliver training and enablement programs, onboard users, and measure time savings, efficiency gains, and adoption metrics.

Own the strategy, roadmap, pricing, packaging, and commercial outcomes for procurement software modules. Analyze markets, competitors, customer data, and regulatory requirements; define structured, testable specifications; guide Product Owners and technical teams; oversee validation, launches, monetization, adoption, and feature performance. Mentor product staff and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, customers, and partners. The role requires strong SaaS product management experience, technical fluency, self-serve analytics, AI-tool proficiency, and hybrid work in Atlanta.

Oversee end-to-end onboarding for new SaaS customers by gathering requirements, configuring products, managing implementation scope and risks, facilitating training, creating documentation, resolving issues, and coordinating with sales, product, customer success, and technical support teams. The role ensures a smooth transition from sales to adoption while improving implementation processes and customer satisfaction.
