Manages the full webinar lifecycle, partners with subject matter experts to simplify complex information, maintains LMS courses and learning paths, produces video content using Zoom and Camtasia, and evaluates training effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Own large-scale software projects from architecture through delivery, lead agentic AI development using prompt architecture, MCP, tool integrations, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows, and maintain high engineering standards. The role includes mentoring developers, leading code reviews, supporting production systems, troubleshooting agent failures, and advancing development frameworks. Candidates need strong .NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, REST API, and full-stack experience, plus substantial experience building and supporting AI-integrated applications.

Provides first-line technical support for public sector SaaS customers by troubleshooting software issues, responding through phone, video, email, and chat, documenting cases in Zendesk, and escalating issues when needed. The role develops product expertise, contributes to support documentation, meets customer satisfaction and SLA targets, and supports after-hours incidents, holidays, and outages. It is a hybrid position in Oakville with a 12–8 p.m. EST shift.
