Leads the deployment, application engineering, service support, and optimization of robotic and digital manufacturing solutions across Canada. The role develops applications, supports proofs of concept, coordinates installation and commissioning, troubleshoots complex technical issues, manages customer projects, and drives aftermarket programs and continuous improvement. It works closely with customers, integrators, distributors, sales, engineering, and service teams, requiring extensive travel throughout Canada and occasional international travel.

Manage sales activities across Ontario West and/or the Greater Toronto Area. Develop territory strategies, build pipelines, prospect for customers, conduct demonstrations and negotiations, and grow profitable sales. Maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners; analyze market and competitor trends; prepare forecasts and performance reports; collaborate cross-functionally; and optimize travel and territory resources. Approximately 40% domestic travel is required, along with occasional physical work at manufacturing and plant locations.

Supports lead-generation campaigns from research and creative briefing through launch, email nurturing, social promotion, performance review, and optimization. Coordinates copywriters, designers, digital media specialists, social media teams, and internal subject-matter experts. Develops campaign strategies, KPIs, schedules, content, and channel plans while gaining practical marketing communications and digital marketing experience.

Supports inventory monitoring, forecasting, replenishment, procurement, purchase order tracking, supply chain reporting, supplier coordination, inventory record maintenance, demand planning, production scheduling, and process improvement initiatives.

Supports customer demo lab training events, including planning, preparation, and live product demonstrations. Collaborates with sales and product management on virtual training presentations, assists with product testing and light assembly, and documents and reports product concerns and inquiries. The role requires analytical, communication, mechanical or welding knowledge, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Lead material requirements planning and procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and finished goods. Manage MRP/ERP parameters, supplier performance, expediting, inventory levels, and production schedule communication. Support new product launches, obsolescence planning, KPI and shortage reporting, continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma), and ISO 9001 compliance while coordinating across Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Sales.
