Provides technical expertise and transformer solutions by analyzing customer requirements, specifications, diagrams, and standards. Develops transformer designs, sizing calculations, technical proposals, loss and thermal evaluations, and performance checks. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, and customers to ensure feasible, compliant solutions. Supports bids, technical presentations, documentation reviews, drawing approvals, customer inquiries, and project execution from initial inquiry through final delivery.

Supports the design, development, analysis, and optimization of transformer and power electronics hardware components. Performs mechanical and thermal analyses, assists with failure investigations, prepares engineering documentation and test plans, participates in design reviews, and collaborates with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams. Ensures designs meet customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory expectations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Independently designs, develops, and optimizes transformers and related components. Performs mechanical and thermal analyses, failure investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, sales, and customer service teams to integrate designs into production. Prepares engineering documentation, supports design reviews, ensures compliance with IEEE, IEC, CSA, and DOE requirements, contributes to continuous improvement, and mentors junior engineers.

Leads a portfolio of related projects across manufacturing, engineering, and support functions. Manages Project Managers, aligns initiatives with strategic objectives, establishes goals and metrics, coordinates resources and requirements, and oversees scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and change control. The role supports PMO governance, stakeholder communications, vendor coordination, cost analysis, and continuous improvement while coaching project teams and reporting portfolio performance to executives.
