Leads enterprise-wide human resources strategy and operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, leadership development, workforce planning, compliance, culture, health and safety, and HR transformation. Advises executive leadership, manages the HR team and budget, supports organizational change, monitors workforce analytics, and ensures effective HR service delivery across multiple Ontario locations.

Provides vocational rehabilitation and employment support by assessing participant needs, identifying barriers, delivering career counselling, developing employment action plans, and supporting job search and retention. Builds relationships with employers, community organizations, and training providers; promotes participants to employers; provides job coaching and retention support; and maintains participant progress toward sustainable employment outcomes.

Assesses participant needs and employment barriers, provides vocational counselling, job-search assistance, employer outreach, job coaching, retention support, and employment action planning. The role develops employer and community networks, supports people with disabilities or employment barriers, promotes participants to employers, and manages service-delivery KPIs while maintaining professional stakeholder relationships.
