Analyzes and documents enterprise workflow automation requests, defines technical solutions with business and IT partners, prioritizes enhancements, identifies process improvements, and supports quality assurance testing. The role requires translating business needs into functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and reliable solutions while ensuring project standards, audit controls, and stakeholder expectations are met.

Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, create test strategies and cases, perform manual and automated testing, analyze defects, and support production issue resolution. The role partners with technical teams to improve quality practices, processes, documentation, and continuous delivery while providing technical guidance to peers and end users.

Set up and maintain group benefit plans in BMS, including system configurations, plan documents, contracts, and member booklets. Audit implementations and plan changes, provide feedback, support system and regression testing, and update the Telus Tandem system for accurate drug claim payments. The role also contributes to process documentation and requires strong communication, customer service, multitasking, teamwork, and group benefits knowledge.
