Leads Equinix’s Americas Global Contracts and Strategic Accounts legal teams. Oversees complex commercial negotiations, strategic customer and partner transactions, regional legal support, risk governance, and executive business advising. Manages and develops lawyers and contracts professionals, shapes operating models, supports global legal strategy, and drives technology-enabled transformation, standardization, reporting, and operational efficiency across a geographically distributed organization.

Lead capital markets treasury activities supporting global growth, including developing funding frameworks, managing debt and equity transactions, evaluating financing alternatives, forecasting capital and credit metrics, and maintaining banking and rating-agency relationships. The role also supports financial reporting, M&A, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, tax, legal, accounting, and corporate development teams.

Provides executive-level strategic finance partnership to Global Operations, shaping strategy, investment decisions, resource allocation, business models, scenario planning, and long-range value creation. Leads a senior finance business-partnering team, advises executives, evaluates strategic trade-offs, partners with the FP&A Center of Excellence, and drives accountability for business performance across global operations.
