Leads Americas FP&A for capital-intensive global data center operations, including CAPEX planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, investment analysis, and long-range planning. Partners with senior leaders across construction, procurement, real estate, corporate development, and finance. Delivers global executive reporting, project reviews, and financial insights while coordinating cross-functional planning activities. Improves reporting automation, forecasting accuracy, and finance processes across a matrixed international organization.

Leads Equinix’s partner experience and commercial deal-support infrastructure, including partner lifecycle management, PRM and portal optimization, deal registration, lead-to-cash, partner support, Deal PMO governance, and the Partner Acceleration Team. Builds scalable processes, improves partner self-service and deal velocity, and manages cross-functional teams supporting complex partner transactions. Owns partner satisfaction, governance, operational excellence, and executive visibility across the partner ecosystem.

Manage complex global enterprise customers throughout onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Build success plans, analyze usage and health metrics, conduct executive business reviews, identify churn and growth opportunities, and lead issue escalations. Coordinate Sales, Support, Product, Delivery, and Operations teams to improve customer outcomes, drive revenue growth, strengthen processes, and mentor other customer success managers.

Own the Activation Factory’s partner performance measurement, analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and executive reporting. Define partner health scores and KPIs, ensure data quality across PRM, CRM, and financial systems, build pipelines and a single source of truth, and generate strategic insights on segmentation, ROI, attribution, and program effectiveness. Translate partner feedback and performance intelligence into improvements for partner programs, sales, and operations while communicating clear recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead strategic communications for Equinix Channel, developing unified narratives, advising senior leaders, driving internal transformation and external partner activation, managing partner communications and executive messaging to support channel GTM and adoption.

Serve as finance business partner to engineering and technology teams, leading budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, business case development, capitalization governance, headcount and PO management, process improvement and executive reporting to inform technology investment decisions.

Lead Equinix's global localization strategy, governance, vendor relationships, tooling, and processes. Establish language standards, prioritize languages, drive a global content delivery pipeline, implement self-service translation capabilities, train stakeholders, and continuously improve translation quality and cost-efficiency across the organization.

The Treasury Manager will oversee Equinix's global foreign currency and interest rate hedging strategy, manage derivative transactions, and ensure compliance with accounting and reporting standards.
