The FP&A Senior Manager leads financial planning for DIO initiatives, builds complex financial models, partners with cross-functional teams, and drives efficiency and transformation efforts with strategic insights and analysis.

Serve as finance business partner for Engineering Excellence, IT Security, Data & Analytics and Data Science. Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, business cases, capitalization governance, headcount and PO management, process improvement and executive reporting to inform technology investment decisions.

Own and consolidate the global CR&T revenue forecast, govern methodology and assumptions, deliver executive-ready variance analysis and scenario models, partner with Corporate FP&A and regional teams, and improve forecasting accuracy through analytics, processes and tooling (Power BI, automation, ERP).

The Senior Director, FP&A will lead financial planning and performance management for Equinix's xScale business, driving integrated financial views and partnering with various teams for insights and capital decisions.

The Treasury Manager will oversee Equinix's global foreign currency and interest rate hedging strategy, manage derivative transactions, and ensure compliance with accounting and reporting standards.

Drive new account acquisition and expand/retain enterprise accounts by building C-level relationships, developing strategic global account plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing pipeline in SFDC, negotiating contracts and leading executive briefings to protect and grow revenue.

Manage and administer Canadian federal government contracts, advise internal teams, ensure procurement compliance, develop contract policies, review RFPs and proposals, negotiate terms, maintain templates, and support security clearance requirements. Fluent French required and limited travel under 10%.

Lead global FP&A for bookings and GTM functions, driving budgeting, forecasting, performance analytics (pipeline, bookings, churn, pricing), and decision-ready executive insights. Build scalable planning/reporting frameworks, ensure data integrity, partner with senior commercial leaders, and develop a high-performing global team to improve productivity, commissions, opex, and financial discipline.
