Build and manage self-generated pipeline, qualify opportunities, close deals, collaborate with sales engineering and operations, meet booking quotas, transition accounts to account managers, and travel within territory up to two weeks per month.

Provide day-to-day client support for Notified's PR and IR platforms, ensure SLAs/KPIs are met, troubleshoot and escalate production issues, perform account/user administration, communicate client requirements to operations, and collaborate with teammates to deliver outcomes during high-volume periods.
