Leads a team of Fraud Consultants supporting sales throughout the sales cycle, from client discovery and solution design through proposals, presentations, and implementation. Oversees coaching, strategic account planning, project management, and transformation of fraud data into actionable business intelligence while addressing regulatory and market challenges.

Oversees investigators and customer success managers, drives product adoption, client ROI, revenue forecasts, upselling, operational SLAs, quality assurance, and incident management. Partners with sales, product, consulting, data, and technology teams on onboarding and launches while translating client insights into product improvements. Recruits and develops teams, manages vendors, and leads automation and AI initiatives.

Owns relationships with major enterprise clients, especially financial institutions. Identifies client needs, develops solutions, manages sales cycles through contract execution and delivery, provides strategic insights, maintains sales governance, forecasts challenges, and consistently achieves targets. The role requires strong financial services expertise, enterprise sales experience, executive communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and influence within matrixed teams.
