Leads a team of Fraud Consultants supporting sales throughout the sales cycle, from client discovery and solution design through proposals, presentations, and implementation. Builds senior client relationships, provides fraud and identity thought leadership, supports marketing and product initiatives, and partners with sales leaders to achieve revenue targets. Oversees coaching, strategic account planning, project management, and transformation of fraud data into actionable business intelligence while addressing regulatory and market challenges.

Leads fraud operations, customer success, vendor relationships, service delivery, and commercial growth. Oversees investigators and customer success managers, drives product adoption, client ROI, revenue forecasts, upselling, operational SLAs, quality assurance, and incident management. Design, develop, test, deploy, operate, and improve high-scale enterprise applications. Build Java-based microservices using cloud technologies, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code. Troubleshoot production issues, integrate systems, contribute to architecture and technology roadmaps, manage project priorities, and collaborate within a distributed agile engineering team. Preferred experience includes agentic AI and big data processing technologies.

Provides technical support for Decision Management SaaS applications across cloud regions and higher environments. Investigates configurations, access issues, functionality problems, and code bugs using logs and monitoring tools. Collaborates with developers, QA, configuration managers, network engineers, and stakeholders to troubleshoot, test, deploy fixes, and resolve tickets within SLAs. Maintains runbooks, participates in agile release activities, supports production incidents, and contributes to J2EE application development.

Own the fraud product portfolio strategy and technical direction across the full product lifecycle. Translate strategic initiatives into technical requirements, manage backlogs, coordinate agile releases, oversee testing and delivery, define product success metrics, and support buy-build-partner decisions. Collaborate with product leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive innovation, performance, and long-term portfolio growth.

Own expenditure, capital asset, and intercompany accounting; prepare reconciliations, closing entries, financial reports, and cash-flow activities. Support FP&A forecasting and variance analysis, improve expenditure controls and accounting processes, and provide oversight to accounting and transaction-processing teams. Assist with business cases, capital expenditure reviews, and related projects.

Leads architecture and hands-on development of scalable, cloud-native full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, GCP, microservices, and big data technologies. Manages cross-functional engineering teams, mentors staff, establishes technical standards, and oversees secure software development, reliability KPIs, documentation, releases, and cloud optimization. Develops APIs, prototypes solutions, supports infrastructure-as-code, and collaborates with product, architecture, SRE, and business stakeholders.

Leads strategy, roadmap development, lifecycle management, market analysis, requirements definition, go-to-market execution, and performance optimization for a fraud product portfolio. Partners with engineering, sales, marketing, legal, and other stakeholders to launch and grow products. Communicates product vision and mentors junior product managers. Requires substantial fraud mitigation product management experience and strong strategic, analytical, technical, communication, and leadership skills.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic multi-agent systems and stateful workflows. Implement memory and vector-based RAG pipelines, secure tool integrations, and cloud-deployed agents. Optimize LLM orchestration, enforce regulatory security and guardrails, collaborate with DevOps/RPA teams (UiPath), and maintain high code quality in Python/TypeScript.

Build and maintain golden datasets and automated evaluation pipelines to audit multi-agent LLM behavior. Trace trajectories, tune prompts and function-calling, optimize tool integrations (APIs, RPA), monitor production drift and hallucinations, and implement guardrails and RAG pipelines to ensure reliable autonomous workflows.

Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI and multi-agent AI solutions integrated with RPA (UiPath). Lead a cross-functional delivery squad, create secure AI architectures on Google Cloud (Vertex AI), produce technical blueprints, enforce code and security governance, and translate technical risks to business stakeholders while rapidly prototyping and operationalizing intelligent automation.

Own and translate LOB product vision into a technical roadmap for web, mobile, and API channels. Lead backlog prioritization, define API and platform requirements, manage tradeoffs, and use analytics/telemetry to optimize channel performance. Drive agile delivery and collaborate closely with business and engineering stakeholders.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Consumer Products (including Workforce Solutions). Conduct market research, define requirements, manage product lifecycle, collaborate cross-functionally, develop go-to-market plans, monitor KPIs, and mentor junior product team members.

Manages post-sale customer success for complex accounts by driving adoption, usage, retention, renewals, and value realization. Creates success plans, monitors customer health, coordinates internal teams, supports issue resolution, conducts quarterly business reviews with account executives, and advocates for customer needs and product roadmap input. Requires strong communication, relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, process design, problem-solving, milestone management, and project management skills.
