Designs, builds, governs, and supports AI-powered copilots, agents, automations, analytics, scripts, and low-code solutions for workplace technology services. The role analyzes business processes, develops secure integrations, applies responsible AI and governance controls, performs testing and monitoring, creates documentation, and supports adoption. It also provides targeted workplace technology support, incident management, and operational continuity using ITIL practices.

Leads the CMHC Annual Review function within Commercial Credit, overseeing review procedures, credit approvals, risk ratings, reporting, partner communications, and problem-loan strategies. Manages and develops a team of credit professionals, allocates workloads, ensures timely completion of annual reviews, supports hiring and training, and maintains compliance with lending policies, AML/ATF requirements, and regulatory standards. The role requires complex commercial real estate underwriting, financial analysis, risk judgment, and collaboration with Compliance, Finance, Legal, Mortgage Services, and external partners.

Provides high-level executive support to senior leaders, including complex calendar and priority management, stakeholder coordination, executive communications, meeting and event planning, travel and expense administration, confidential records management, and initiative tracking. Supports Executive Office operations through mentoring, onboarding, process improvement, digital enablement, issue escalation, and operational coordination. Requires sound judgment, discretion, business acumen, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic corporate environment.
