The Head of Finance Integration & Transformation will lead finance integration strategy, manage M&A activities, and drive finance innovation within EQB and PCF, focusing on modernizing financial systems and reporting processes.

Lead and run the bank's cyber resilience testing program (red team exercises, threat simulations); evaluate and prioritize enterprise cyber controls; maintain standards, procedures and guidelines; monitor control adequacy and performance metrics; provide technical guidance and subject-matter advice; drive cross-functional collaboration and manage team and technical roadmap execution.

Lead network and infrastructure strategy and design, focusing on Meraki and FortiGate across cloud and on‑prem. Collaborate with CloudOps and other teams, run proofs of concept, define security controls and governance, document architectures, and support Azure cloud infrastructure and disaster recovery solutions like Azure Site Recovery.
