Build and operate scalable backend services for an agentic AI legal platform. Responsibilities include asynchronous message processing, data pipelines, REST APIs, authentication and authorization, PostgreSQL schema optimization, search and vector storage integration, observability, automated testing, CI, technical design, and production on-call support.

Design, build, and operate the AI platform powering conversational agents and large-scale document workflows. Own orchestration, retrieval, inference routing, observability, evaluation, and reliability for scalable, cost-sensitive LLM systems. Define APIs, data contracts, quality gates, and governance; optimize performance and cost; mentor engineers and lead technical decisions across distributed teams.

Reviews medical claims for compliance with company policies and legal practices, prepares management reports, maintains source documentation, and communicates with clients and team members. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field and 3–5 years of medical claims review experience. RN, CPHQ, and LNCC certifications are preferred but not required.
