Leads major construction and infrastructure pursuits from opportunity assessment through contract award. Coordinates estimating, scheduling, operations, engineering, proposal, executive, design, and partner teams; develops pursuit strategies, schedules, risk reviews, technical narratives, submissions, presentations, and compliance processes. Manages stakeholders, monitors performance, supports post-submission activities, mentors team members, and improves pursuit tools and practices.

Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for infrastructure construction projects, incorporating design updates and ensuring model accuracy. Support 4D construction sequencing by linking model elements to schedules, visualizing phasing, logistics, staging, and site constraints. Assist with clash detection, generate drawings and schedules, manage model data, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support constructability reviews and project delivery.

Coordinates discipline and federated BIM models for infrastructure construction projects. Validates Revit asset parameters and submitted asset data against MMIS requirements, ADCF templates, project standards, and information-management procedures. Supports automated exports, data-quality checks, Power BI-ready outputs, dashboards, discrepancy reporting, issue tracking, and corrective actions. Collaborates with design, construction, asset information, digital delivery, and document-control teams to resolve model and data issues and ensure reliable handover information.
