Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, budgets, schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. Manage project risks, subcontractors, procurement, contracts, change orders, reporting, commissioning, and stakeholder relationships. Coordinate site activities with superintendents and project teams, resolve project issues, and mentor team members. The role requires engineering education, substantial project management experience, contract knowledge, leadership skills, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Manages full-cycle project accounting for a major infrastructure project, including payables, receivables, HST filings, accruals, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, and month-end and year-end close. Monitors project costs, revenues, budgets, and cash flow; performs variance and cost-benefit analysis; supports project teams; and coordinates with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.

Coordinate and support technical proposal pursuits, including EOIs, RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, for civil infrastructure and vertical construction projects. Develop compliant proposal content, executive summaries, project sheets, resumes, and presentation materials. Coordinate input from architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal subject matter experts. Maintain company and pursuit databases, ensure quality and consistency, and report proposal team performance to upper management.
