Lead and develop a manufacturing engineering team in a chemical plant, oversee facilities and maintenance, ensure process safety and optimization, drive NPI and capital projects to scope/schedule/budget, implement continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma, DOE), monitor KPIs, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, R&D, quality, procurement, and commercial teams.
