Own FP&A for designated portfolios, including monthly P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, business cases, and performance insights. The role supports five-year strategic planning, executive and board presentations, stakeholder communication, process improvement, and ad hoc analysis for private equity sponsors. It partners closely with Finance, Product, Sales, Operations, and executive stakeholders.

Leads FP&A for assigned business portfolios, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI reporting, business cases, strategic planning, and executive reporting. Partners with Product, Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Finance teams to provide performance insights and recommendations. Improves reporting processes, controls, and analytics while coaching Senior Financial Analysts and supporting high-quality, timely deliverables.

Conduct in-home sales of furnaces, air conditioners, and indoor air quality products. Build long-term customer relationships, canvass for new business, assess equipment needs, size and quote systems, and ensure professional installation. Resolve customer concerns, coordinate with internal channels, meet sales and quality targets, and grow the market through self-generated business. The role is home-based and requires flexible evening and weekend availability.
