Prepare financial statements, manage month-end close activities, post journal entries, reconcile complex transactions, assess US GAAP and accounting pronouncements, support ASC 606 revenue recognition, assist with period-end planning, collaborate with external auditors, and improve financial reporting processes. The role also supports equity and variable compensation administration and requires effective communication with finance leadership and cross-functional teams.

Lead definition, implementation, and delivery of complex, cross-functional ERP projects. Manage scope, schedule, budgets, stakeholder communication, resource onboarding, timesheets, billing, reporting, and project governance. Provide functional consultancy and ensure use of Flintfox/Dynamics methodologies, tools, and templates.

Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure full-stack software. Lead technical design, CI/CD, containerized deployments, messaging systems, databases, code reviews, pair programming, and cross-team collaboration while mentoring and occasionally leading the team.
