Lead complex technical programs involving software, infrastructure, data center deployments, utility integrations, and strategic partners. Align roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across engineering, product, operations, and external stakeholders. Translate technical requirements and system designs, establish program processes, manage cross-company risks, and support partner integrations. The role requires strong technical fluency, cross-functional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and execution in an ambiguous startup environment.

Lead 0→1 product development for Emerald Cloud Services: define vision, conduct customer discovery, set product requirements for AI compute provisioning and management, partner with engineering and GTM teams, and launch and scale cloud services for enterprise and AI customers.

Lead the core compute platform product, defining roadmap and technical requirements for workload orchestration, control plane APIs, telemetry, and observability. Partner with engineering and customers to deliver scalable, reliable platform services (GPU integrations, telemetry pipelines), drive releases, and prioritize investments balancing customer value and long-term architecture.
