Leads and scales global HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, HRIS governance, workforce metrics, executive reporting, shared services, strategic HR projects, budgeting, and process automation. Manages HR operations teams and partners with HR centers of excellence, Legal, Finance, IT, and business leaders to deliver consistent employee support and scalable systems.

Design, develop, and maintain large-scale Java-based microservices and APIs. Mentor junior engineers, lead small projects, perform advanced debugging/refactoring, ensure API security and quality, and collaborate with product and analytics.

Manage a portfolio of customers as a trusted technical and product advisor. Provide configuration support, requirements gathering, solution design, troubleshooting, change management, and guidance on best practices. Coordinate customer projects and requests, communicate progress and risks, support escalated issues, collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams, and contribute to process improvements and product knowledge development.
