Build, maintain, and improve infrastructure, automation, and platform services for a SaaS environment. Manage Kubernetes/EKS, IaC (Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible), GitOps deployments (ArgoCD, Kustomize, GitHub Actions, Jenkins), observability, incident response, production reliability, self-service platform features, security practices, and operational troubleshooting including SQL/ELK queries.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Build executive relationships, run business reviews, troubleshoot escalations, track metrics in Salesforce/Power BI, deliver product demos, mentor junior CSMs, and influence product and process improvements.

Develop and maintain backend and web application features, fix defects, write tests and API documentation, follow SDLC and agile practices, collaborate in code reviews, and learn from mentorship to solve business problems.
