The Senior Software Engineer will enhance customer experiences, solve coding challenges, and design solutions using C# in a cloud environment, participating in agile processes and following SDLC practices.

Provide frontline technical support for Emburse Professional, handling 12–20 inbound tickets daily on an 11:00 AM–7:00 PM shift. Troubleshoot baseline product issues, triage and escalate complex cases to Tier 2, leverage internal docs, system logs, and AI tools to resolve tickets, and complete initial training on an earlier schedule.

The Sales Development Representative will focus on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating sales accepted opportunities to support the sales team.
