The Founding Platform & Reliability Engineer will design and operate reliable, scalable infrastructure for an AI storytelling platform, involving hands-on implementation and strategic decision-making.

Own end-to-end UX for OpenArt: design user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI. Partner with product, engineering, and research to translate user insights into robust, scalable design systems for AI-powered creative tools.

Design and implement agentic AI systems, ship full-stack features, construct ML pipelines (ingestion, embeddings, RAG, vector search, graph DB), evaluate and improve LLM agent reasoning, prototype LLMs, and build scalable infrastructure for long-running multi-step agents while working directly with customers and leadership.
