Leads the design, configuration, governance, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Absence processes, including time off, leave, accruals, eligibility, balances, and related business processes. Provides cross-functional support for Payroll and Time Tracking, resolves complex incidents, performs audits and testing, supports releases and deployments, and develops documentation and training for stakeholders and end users.

Lead configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Workday Core HCM processes, including worker data, staffing, organizational structures, and HR transactions. Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions. Conduct testing, release impact assessments, data audits, root cause analysis, documentation, training, and process improvements. Support integrated Workday modules and provide guidance to stakeholders in a hybrid environment.

Supports communications initiatives across public infrastructure projects by creating web, presentation, newsletter, promotional, and stakeholder materials. Assists with engagement, community relations, issues management, media opportunities, award submissions, project events, site visits, and milestone celebrations. Builds relationships with project teams, clients, government partners, and external stakeholders while monitoring emerging issues and providing communications recommendations.
