Coordinates furniture projects from planning and procurement through installation, commissioning, training, and documentation. Supports project managers, collaborates with clients, consultants, vendors, and trade partners, coordinates FF&E requirements, prepares procurement documents, sources products, tracks budgets and deliverables, reports progress, reviews site conditions, and compiles project records and manuals. The role requires commercial, healthcare, or ICI furniture project coordination experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-management software.

Supports mergers and acquisitions across outreach, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, closing, integration, and post-close monitoring. Builds financial models, forecasts, valuation analyses, and scenario analyses; conducts market and competitive research; prepares executive materials; collaborates with internal stakeholders and external advisors; and supports commercial reviews of infrastructure procurements.

Own full-cycle recruitment across construction-related roles, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing candidates. Partner with hiring managers, develop inclusive job postings and attraction strategies, assess candidates, negotiate offers, maintain accurate Workday records, and use hiring metrics to improve results. Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders while contributing to strategic talent acquisition and People & Culture initiatives.
