Provide in-person executive and personal support to a high-profile physician across Canada, UAE, and USA. Duties include schedule and travel coordination, lecture and publication support, research and writing, AI/tool-driven workflow automation, confidential file and lifestyle management, event coordination, and VIP logistics.

Provide high-trust, right-hand support to a principal and family: manage calendar, plan travel and itineraries, coordinate personal projects, run errands and shopping, source child activities, conduct research, liaise with contacts and service providers, and handle confidential information with discretion.
