Assists the laboratory supervisor with daily operations, inventory management, shipment receiving, equipment organization and cleaning, quality control checks, administrative tasks, and compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO, safety, and integrity standards. Communicates work status, follows direction, supports colleagues, resolves routine issues, and escalates complex matters appropriately.
