Lead customer implementations from planning through go-live. Develop project strategies, timelines, and risk mitigation; coordinate cross-functional teams; track deliverables; communicate status to stakeholders; support sales cycle activities and drive process improvements to ensure smooth onboarding.

Manage and optimize Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases on AWS (RDS/EC2), administer Snowflake, ensure performance, backups, security, and cost efficiency, support migrations from on-prem to cloud, create runbooks, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Lead and own finance application portfolio (S/4HANA, Ariba, Vertex, GEAC, Mainframe). Manage incident/request handling, availability, and delivery of projects impacting financial systems. Partner with Finance and IT to execute ERP strategy, enforce SDLC and SOC/GITC compliance, support audits, and lead and mentor the team to drive continuous improvement.
