The Senior Solutions Architect serves as a technical advisor to sales teams and customers, focusing on the Elastic products. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, understanding their needs, and supporting sales strategies while enhancing technical knowledge and skills.

Design, build, scale, and automate Elastic's multi‑cloud platform and managed Kubernetes infrastructure. Lead reliability initiatives, develop tooling and IaC, participate in follow‑the‑sun on‑call, respond to major incidents, and collaborate across distributed teams to improve operational excellence.

The Elastic AI Engineer will design agentic workflows, integrate AI models with tools, manage deployment, and ensure data security while leveraging the Elastic Stack for enterprise solutions.
