Serve as technical authority and trusted advisor to sales, customers, and partners; drive pre-sales activities from discovery to technical win; demonstrate Elastic products and craft value-based architectures; onboard and enable partners; represent customer needs to engineering; engage community via events; and travel regionally to support accounts and sales initiatives.

Lead development of Elasticsearch search relevance and vector search features. Design and implement new search algorithms and data structures, fix complex bugs, improve Lucene, collaborate with a globally distributed team, engage with the community on issues and PRs, and write idiomatic modern Java.

Plan, produce, and govern demand-generation content for enterprise SaaS: write, edit, and adapt assets (including agency- and AI-built content); manage publishing calendar in Adobe Workfront; monitor performance with GA4, SEMRush AIO, and Looker; optimize SEO and discoverability; coordinate cross-channel distribution with campaigns, SEO, social, product marketing, and paid media.
