The Senior Solutions Architect serves as a technical advisor to sales teams and customers, focusing on the Elastic products. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, understanding their needs, and supporting sales strategies while enhancing technical knowledge and skills.

Lead cross-functional programs across Field Engineering and Support to design and deliver operating models, planning rhythms, and execution standards. Coordinate fiscal planning (headcount, quota, territory), identify automation opportunities, partner with Sales Ops/IT/Finance, and establish communication, documentation, and training to drive adoption and durable process improvements.

Design, implement, and maintain Elasticsearch distributed-systems components to ensure scalable, performant, and resilient indexing, coordination, replication, and cluster communication. Diagnose and fix concurrency and performance issues, push scalability limits, and lead projects end-to-end while supporting support engineers and mentoring engineers across multi-node deployments.
