Lead and deliver transportation planning and traffic engineering studies (TMP, EA, ATMP, TIS, parking, operations and safety). Perform traffic modelling and analysis, field studies, stakeholder engagement, reporting, proposal support, and mentor junior staff while coordinating project delivery within Ontario municipal and provincial guidelines.

Lead design, integration, verification, validation, and commissioning of CBTC/ATC signaling for LRT, develop specifications and safety cases to EN/CENELEC and AREMA, manage FAT/SAT, coordinate stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and support yard/OMSF signaling and train control.

Lead overhead contact system (OCS) design and delivery for rail/transit projects. Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, review and approve designs, ensure regulatory compliance, produce design reports, support construction, testing and commissioning, manage resources, mentor junior staff, implement QA/QC, handle contractor submissions, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to deliver safe, buildable electrification solutions.
