Supports the CEO of the Americas Region with complex calendar management, international travel, visa coordination, expense reporting, executive documents, briefing materials, meetings, events, confidential files, and personal administrative tasks. The role requires discretion, strong organization, international immigration knowledge, communication skills, and occasional travel availability in a fast-paced multicultural environment.

Manage the design development and coordination of underground ductbank utilities across civil, electrical, and telecom disciplines. Lead stakeholder coordination, design reviews, clash resolution, technical submissions, constructability reviews, value engineering, risk tracking, and package delivery from planning through construction issue. Ensure designs comply with codes, standards, program controls, and progressive design-build requirements while supporting integrated delivery with project and technical management teams.

Leads the design, technical assurance, delivery, and governance of overhead catenary systems for rail and transit projects. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, reviews and certifies designs, ensures regulatory and quality compliance, manages schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholders, and supports construction, testing, commissioning, and systems integration. Mentors engineering staff, resolves field issues, monitors project performance, and drives continuous improvement and engineering innovation.
