Leads systems assurance for railway projects across safety, cybersecurity, physical security, fire life safety, RAMS, and threat mitigation. Develops safety cases, assurance analyses, requirements, hazard logs, reports, and project documentation. Ensures compliance with rail standards and regulations, coordinates with independent safety assessors, supports safety gates and strategic delivery decisions, and manages assurance teams and issue closure.

Leads roadway and highway engineering delivery for major transportation programs across Ontario and Quebec. Oversees technical design, multidisciplinary coordination, agency approvals, project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, construction support, commercial management, and client relationships. Provides people leadership through recruiting, coaching, performance management, and succession planning while supporting business development, proposals, and transportation program growth.

Design and deliver electrical systems for urban transportation projects with emphasis on traffic signal systems. Produce design documentation and specifications, ensure code and regulatory compliance, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, support construction, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to standards and quality initiatives.
