Teams at EF Education First

Provide bilingual French/English support to students and parents from enrollment through return. Manage enquiries, payments, visas, travel coordination, course modifications, complaints, and liaise with global campuses. Support sales retention and marketing initiatives while resolving on-program issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Promote EF Language Abroad programs, manage leads and databases, make high-volume outbound calls, drive and meet sales targets, support events and outreach, and provide customer guidance from inquiry through trip completion. Role requires travel, late shifts, and weekend flexibility.
