The SVP, Strategy Director leads client strategy, growth initiatives, and strategic counsel for complex brand engagements. Responsibilities include translating cultural, consumer, competitive, and data insights into direction; supporting new business; mentoring senior strategists; building high-performing teams; overseeing talent planning; and collaborating with creative, data, and intelligence teams to develop innovative, effective work.

Collect, clean, aggregate, and analyze marketing data across paid, earned, and owned channels. Build and maintain dashboards, support measurement frameworks and tagging, translate insights into recommendations, and present findings to internal teams and clients to inform campaign optimization and reporting automation.
