Manage and scale the Sales Development team across the Americas to drive pipeline growth. Develop and enforce scalable SDR processes, collaborate with regional sales and marketing, track and analyze metrics, recruit and coach associates, set targets, manage budget, and run enablement and team-building programs to exceed KPIs.

Lead and scale a 13-person inside sales team across the Americas to drive new-logo ARR. Own regional operations, forecasting, strategy, cross-functional alignment, AI-driven tooling adoption, coaching, market representation, and headcount/capacity planning.
