Lead deployment and continuous improvement of the project Quality Management System (QMS) for civil works. Manage Project Quality Plan, QA/QC activities, inspections, testing, audits, nonconformity resolution, documentation control, stakeholder liaison, training, and quality reporting. Support continuous improvement, KPI analysis, and client handover on a large federal construction project.

Coordinate construction projects from planning through completion: review specs and contracts, track budgets and schedules, manage permits and subcontractors, support cost reporting, handle change orders and claims, enforce safety programs, attend meetings, and maintain client relationships. Travel across Ontario and on-site presence required.

Provide bilingual strategic communications advice and planning; lead communication projects, content development, CMS and intranet updates, internal events and campaigns; manage vendors and promotional materials; ensure brand consistency and measure KPIs to boost employee engagement and external reputation.
