Leads bids and large-scale civil construction projects, overseeing project planning, execution, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, subcontractors, staffing, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The role manages project managers and site teams, negotiates subcontractor and customer agreements, monitors financial controls, conducts project reviews, supports estimates, addresses legal issues, and mentors personnel. Responsibilities span infrastructure projects including bridges, roads, tunnels, marine installations, hydroelectric facilities, and wind farms throughout Ontario.

Lead and improve health and safety programs for complex ICI construction projects. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, inspections, hazard assessments, incident investigations, safety training, emergency planning, documentation audits, subcontractor guidance, safe-work procedure reviews, and WSIB claims and return-to-work support. The role mentors junior safety staff and serves as the primary site contact for clients and regulatory agencies.

Leads tunnel and underground construction projects from planning through completion, managing teams, joint-venture partners, staff, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, safety, quality, documentation, and contract delivery. Participates in bids and proposals, oversees OHS programs, resolves issues, manages claims and changes, and supports field execution and final project records. The role requires extensive travel across Canada and strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
