Lead and maintain the project's Quality Management System (QMS) for civil works, ensuring ISO 9001 and federal compliance. Manage QA/QC activities, inspections, ITPs, material testing, audits, nonconformity resolution, stakeholder liaison, training, reporting, continuous improvement, and handover support on a large-scale construction project.
