Lead deployment and continuous improvement of the project Quality Management System (QMS) for civil works. Manage Project Quality Plan, QA/QC activities, inspections, testing, audits, nonconformity resolution, documentation control, stakeholder liaison, training, and quality reporting. Support continuous improvement, KPI analysis, and client handover on a large federal construction project.

Coordinate construction projects from planning through completion: review specs and contracts, track budgets and schedules, manage permits and subcontractors, support cost reporting, handle change orders and claims, enforce safety programs, attend meetings, and maintain client relationships. Travel across Ontario and on-site presence required.

The Project Director leads bids and major tunnel and underground construction projects across Canada. Responsibilities include project planning, execution, subcontractor negotiations, cost and schedule control, staffing, quality assurance, safety compliance, client satisfaction, ISO procedures, contract issues, and team leadership. The role requires extensive civil construction and tunneling experience, knowledge of tunneling methodologies, geology, financial management, alternative delivery models, and building legislation.
