Provides technical and engineering support for UPS systems, transformers, circuit breakers, cables, and related electrical products. Reviews customer orders, specifications, configurations, and engineered-to-order products for accuracy and completeness. Prepares approval, construction, and as-built drawings; supports proposals, inspections, documentation, and customer reviews. Coordinates with Sales, Customer Service, Field Services, and Engineering to resolve issues, manage deliverables, and improve order execution and technical support processes.

Leads large electrical equipment and engineered-services projects from order entry through execution. Coordinates customers, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and field teams; reviews specifications, drawings, bills of materials, purchase orders, and commercial terms; resolves technical and customer issues; maintains financial and regulatory compliance; and ensures timely delivery, accurate invoicing, and strong customer relationships.

Manages Critical Power and Services product portfolios, overseeing strategy, lifecycle, P&L, pricing, market analysis, product launches, customer feedback, technical support, training, and sales enablement. Partners with engineering, operations, marketing, sales, channel partners, and customers to drive growth, profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Leads product roadmaps, commercialization plans, competitive analysis, process improvements, and assigned personnel.
