Create and polish PowerPoint sales presentations, build branded templates, organize sales and go-to-market materials, and develop marketing graphics. The role also supports spreadsheets, data entry, document organization, and general virtual assistant tasks. Success requires strong presentation design, branding, attention to detail, independent work, and the ability to improve existing content. This remote, part-time position may expand as the healthcare SaaS startup grows.

Drive client growth across outsourcing and staffing markets by prospecting, managing full sales cycles, selling tailored outsourcing and talent solutions, negotiating contracts and fees, and building long-term client partnerships. The role owns revenue and pipeline targets, supports recurring engagements, coordinates with recruitment and operations teams, and monitors client satisfaction, placements, service volume, profitability, and SLA performance.
