Drives new business development and territory growth across transportation, fleet, industrial, and distribution sectors. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, relationship building, consultative selling, negotiating pricing, managing approximately 100 key accounts, cross-selling, forecasting, maintaining Salesforce records, delivering product demonstrations and training, and resolving customer issues. The role requires daily travel throughout the assigned territory and occasional overnight travel.

Leads monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting; prepares journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, analyses, and tax filings; supports audits, controls, compliance, and general ledger integrity. Partners with the Controller and cross-functional teams to improve processes, documents accounting procedures, and provides financial insights for business decisions. The role also supports Finance team members and requires accurate, timely work in a fully in-office environment.

Leads the business systems team and roadmap, connecting operational needs with technology across supply chain, distribution, sales, finance, and manufacturing. Oversees SAP S/4HANA and connected platforms, including Salesforce, Power BI, EDI, and Boomi. Responsibilities include process improvement, automation, reporting, requirements gathering, implementation, adoption, partner oversight, budgeting, stakeholder management, and team development.
