Leads Canada supply chain operations for finished goods, spares, and accessories inventory. Responsibilities include supply and demand planning, inventory optimization, constraint mitigation, excess inventory reduction, forecasting, refurbishment demand capture, KPI dashboard reporting, and cross-functional coordination with sales, marketing, finance, warehouses, and headquarters. The role also drives customer service improvements, resolves operational issues, supports training, and provides leadership to achieve supply chain targets.

Own the end-to-end customer order lifecycle for Mexico and LATAM, managing orders from entry through delivery in SAP or equivalent ERP systems. Resolve order exceptions, coordinate warehouse releases, support Sales and Customer Service, and manage fulfillment escalations. Produce operational reports, dashboards, KPI and SLA analyses, and leadership presentations. Identify automation and process improvement opportunities, maintain documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally on system enhancements, business continuity, and revenue-impacting issues.
