Leads Dynatrace’s enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, governance, and value realization across global business functions. The role evaluates AI initiatives and vendors, establishes responsible AI policies and risk frameworks, builds an AI Center of Excellence, develops organizational enablement programs, and advises executives on AI investments. It also measures productivity and operational impact, guides adoption and change management, and oversees enterprise AI capabilities, platforms, and partnerships.

Developer Advocate for Bluebox.ai, responsible for building developer trust and community presence from scratch. The role involves creating technical content, demos, videos, workshops, livestreams, conference talks, and user stories; engaging communities across Discord, Hacker News, Reddit, Bluesky, and X; improving documentation and onboarding; informing product and engineering roadmaps with user feedback; and driving sign-ups and product usage. Requires hands-on development, daily AI coding agent use, production debugging experience, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Owns a portfolio of customer-domain data products supporting Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales. Leads data maturity projects, roadmap prioritization, requirements definition, data mart and metric design, quality and governance, privacy, adoption, and stakeholder alignment. The role bridges business and analytics engineering teams, guiding technical delivery and ensuring reliable, discoverable, and valuable data products.
