Supports HR administration, employee needs, workplace culture, internal and external events, office operations, supplies, vendors, technology and phone systems, workstation setup, and dog-friendly office logistics. This onsite coordinator role offers broad early-career exposure to People Operations while helping maintain a positive, connected, and smoothly functioning workplace.

Own acquisition and integration master plans from diligence through full integration, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and senior stakeholders. Identify, evaluate, and implement high-ROI AI use cases across logistics and back-office functions. Build lightweight automations when appropriate, manage third-party providers, and support the Chief Transformation Officer in delivering strategic transformation initiatives amid rapid growth and ambiguity.
