Leads UK&I customer engagement strategy, workshops, webinars, innovation hub experiences, sales enablement assets, and account-based marketing programs. Acts as the voice of the customer by translating market, category, sustainability, and supply chain insights into commercial opportunities. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Sustainability, and Design & Innovation teams, manages event and vendor coordination, tracks engagement metrics and ROI, and coaches a team member.

Plan and schedule customer deliveries and backhauls to meet delivery windows and safety/regulatory requirements. Manage transport office tasks, communicate with customers, stakeholders and subcontractors, resolve queries and complaints, and develop backhaul lanes to improve fleet utilisation. Monitor driver hours/WTD compliance, identify cost and time efficiencies, and provide shift cover on a rotating shift pattern including occasional Saturdays.

The Data Analyst develops and maintains Power BI dashboards, datasets, data models, SQL and DAX solutions, and data pipelines. The role supports AWS cloud analytics integration, data quality, troubleshooting, governance, documentation, and workspace administration. It coordinates data engineers, translates business requirements into technical deliverables, collaborates with stakeholders, and communicates findings to nontechnical audiences while supporting agile delivery and data privacy compliance.
