Safeguard Docebo’s SaaS security posture by responding to customer security requests, managing questionnaires and corrective action plans, supporting audits and compliance assessments, partnering with legal on agreements and data processing addendums, automating compliance workflows, maintaining trust-page documentation, and evaluating third-party vendor risk. The role requires expertise in cloud security, privacy regulations, security frameworks, governance platforms, and customer-facing communication.

Manage enterprise SaaS customer relationships as a trusted advisor, drive adoption of the Docebo LMS, translate business goals into platform strategies, and support renewals, retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Partner with internal teams, manage stakeholder relationships, provide configuration and product guidance, and develop customer advocacy through case studies and referrals.

Own product features end to end, from discovery and technical design through deployment and iteration. Build across frontend applications, APIs, backend services, and integrations while contributing expertise in either frontend or backend engineering. Partner with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering to make scalable technical decisions, improve testing and delivery practices, and support production software. Mentor engineers through reviews, pairing, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
