Own complex backend initiatives from architecture through production deployment and ongoing evolution. Design scalable services, APIs, data models, asynchronous workflows, and cloud-native systems. Provide technical direction, coordinate dependencies, mentor engineers, and improve testing, CI/CD, observability, reliability, security, and code quality. Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, SRE, platform, and engineering teams to deliver durable customer-focused solutions.

Own partner marketing programs that generate enterprise, public-sector, and life sciences pipeline. Build joint campaigns with partners such as AWS, Deloitte, and Carahsoft; plan field events; execute account-based marketing; engage sales teams; and measure partner-sourced and influenced revenue. Lead marketing initiatives for regulated industries, using intent data, buying signals, targeted account lists, compliance-focused messaging, and AI-enabled tools to optimize campaign performance.

Leads Docebo’s global information security strategy across product, cloud, GRC, privacy, AI, and incident response. Partners with Product and Engineering on secure SDLC, threat modeling, identity controls, vulnerability remediation, and cloud security. Oversees SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance, security operations, customer trust, AI security governance, and executive reporting while building and coaching a high-performing security team.
