Own technical relationships with enterprise EMEA customers, translating business and e-learning goals into long-term platform strategies. Advise executives on platform performance, SLAs, AI and automation features, release readiness, API workflows, and technical risks. Monitor platform health, lead proof-of-concept pilots, troubleshoot critical events, analyze support trends, and collaborate with account, product, and advisory teams to drive customer growth and success.

Leads solution design and technical customer engagement for complex mid-market and enterprise SaaS opportunities. Conducts multi-threaded discovery, engages executive stakeholders, translates requirements into learning technology solutions, and advises Account Executives on competitive deal strategy. Partners with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, mentors junior Solutions Consultants, and develops reusable playbooks. Requires expertise in SaaS presales, architecture, APIs, SSO, HRIS integrations, executive storytelling, and complex stakeholder management.

Own complex, end-to-end full-stack features across Angular/TypeScript frontends, backend services, APIs, databases, and platform integrations. Lead architectural decisions, manage technical risks and dependencies, mentor engineers, coordinate delivery across teams, and improve testing, CI/CD, observability, and technical debt management. Serve as the squad’s technical anchor while partnering with Product, Design, QA, SRE, and platform engineering to deliver scalable customer-focused solutions.
