Travel up to 30% is required, with the position based in Toronto or Calgary.

Manages strategy, discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement for an AI-enabled digital workflow product. Translates customer and business needs into product capabilities, collaborates with UX, engineering, data, and AI teams, defines requirements and success metrics, validates concepts, supports launches, and drives measurable user and business outcomes.

Leads end-to-end UX design for complex, data-dense enterprise workflows and applications. Responsibilities include managing a code-first design system, defining interaction patterns, creating high-fidelity Figma and coded prototypes, conducting user research, and partnering with product, engineering, and domain experts. The role also establishes design standards, reviews implementation quality, coaches colleagues, and incorporates AI tools into design and prototyping workflows.

Owns enterprise data-services product roadmaps, backlogs, specifications, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and success metrics. Partners with UX, engineering, AI, data, and energy-domain experts to transform advisory workflows and deliver secure, integrated, AI-enabled platform capabilities. Leads discovery, cross-functional delivery, rollout, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement across global user groups.

Develop new business for ICT assurance services through prospecting, lead follow-up, relationship building, opportunity qualification, proposal coordination, and closing. Manage sales pipelines and CRM records while collaborating with account management, marketing, technical specialists, auditors, and delivery teams. The role focuses on cybersecurity, information security, AI governance, privacy, business continuity, certification, training, and digital assurance services across North America.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable full-stack web applications and platform capabilities using Python, Django, TypeScript, and React. Build APIs, integrations, AI-enabled features, and reusable application components across AWS and Azure. Own software from design through production support, contributing to CI/CD, observability, security, modernization, and reliability. Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Data & AI, Security, and Platform Reliability teams while mentoring engineers and maintaining high-quality production systems.

Conducts geospatial data collection, processing, analysis, modeling, automation, and visualization for energy and environmental projects. Develops GIS tools and services using ESRI applications, Python, ArcPy, ModelBuilder, and JupyterLab. Produces maps, reports, and analytical inputs for renewable energy assessments, site selection, environmental studies, and energy equity evaluations. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and supports digital transformation. The role is based in a hybrid DNV office setting and includes occasional site visits and travel up to 5%.
