Process full-cycle multi-provincial Canadian payroll for approximately 400 employees using ADP Workforce Now. Responsibilities include payroll audits, terminations, statutory remittances, benefits and disability payment administration, reconciliations, year-end T4 and T2200 reporting, ROEs, employee support, HRIS access management, and payroll compliance. The role also supports reporting, audits, process improvements, and Finance partnerships in a hybrid work environment.

Designs, configures, tests, deploys, and supports enterprise applications, primarily the Odessa platform and its integrations. Translates business requirements into technical solutions, participates in Agile ceremonies, troubleshoots APIs and SQL data, manages production incidents, performs root cause analysis, and maintains documentation. The role also ensures security, compliance, reliability, and continuous improvement while collaborating with stakeholders, architects, vendors, and distributed IT teams.

Collect and resolve delinquent commercial lease accounts through telephone and written communication. Negotiate repayment terms, reconcile accounts, issue quotes and payment documentation, maintain accurate records, and coordinate escalations with legal, compliance, asset management, dealers, and internal teams. The role also supports collection training and requires independent remote work, strong customer service, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
