Review and analyze credit applications for food, agriculture, and outdoor equipment dealers; perform annual portfolio reviews; adjudicate credit decisions within authority and prepare analyses for higher approvals; ensure underwriting quality per risk policy; manage high application volumes and turnaround times; complete credit reporting and administrative projects; collaborate with commercial teams to support growth.

Handle inbound phone/email/mail inquiries for active, non‑delinquent contracts; resolve customer, vendor and broker issues, prepare and process paperwork, manage caseloads and SLAs, participate in cross‑functional initiatives, and deliver bilingual (French/English) customer service within a 24–48 hour response goal.

Handle inbound customer, vendor, broker, and agent requests for active contracts via phone/email/mail; investigate and process paperwork to resolve issues, manage a personal caseload and SLAs, meet 24-48 hour response targets, warm-transfer calls, use CRM platforms, and participate in team and cross-functional initiatives.

Support Portfolio Services with GL fund management, payment and account administration, reconciliations, reporting, audits, equipment exchanges, system updates, and cross-team operational support. Ensure documentation accuracy, meet KPIs/SLAs, participate in testing and special projects, and provide customer-facing resolution for payment and account issues.
