Leads and develops a team of 4–6 territory or account managers across Ontario, driving profitable sales growth, customer retention, market share, and execution of strategic programs. Responsibilities include field coaching, business planning, KPI analysis, customer relationship development, cross-functional collaboration, and improving margins and customer profitability. The role requires regular travel throughout the assigned territory and a valid driver’s licence.
